We provide independent travel form translation, review, guidance, and optional manual completion assistance for travellers visiting Southeast Asia.

Our services may include:

• Translating or explaining arrival form questions
• Reviewing traveller-provided information
• Providing guidance on how to complete an arrival form
• Manually assisting with form completion where selected and paid for
• Providing email or message-based support related to the service purchased

We are not a government agency, immigration authority, embassy, airline, or official arrival-card website. We are not affiliated with the Thailand Immigration Bureau or any other government authority.

The official Thailand Digital Arrival Card and other official arrival forms may be available directly from official government websites, sometimes with no government fee. Our fee is charged only for our independent translation, checking, guidance, support, and optional manual completion service.

2. Customer Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that all information you provide to us is accurate, complete, and truthful.

This may include, but is not limited to:

• Full name
• Passport information
• Nationality
• Travel dates
• Flight details
• Accommodation details
• Contact details
• Any other information required for the relevant arrival form

We are not responsible for any issue, delay, rejection, refusal of entry, airline boarding issue, immigration decision, or penalty caused by incorrect, incomplete, false, outdated, or late information provided by you.

3. No Guarantee of Entry or Approval

Our service does not guarantee:

• Approval of any arrival card or travel document
• Permission to board a flight
• Permission to enter any country
• Visa approval
• Immigration clearance
• Acceptance by any government authority
• Availability of any government website

Final decisions are made by the relevant airline, immigration authority, border officer, embassy, consulate, or government department.

4. Not Legal or Immigration Advice

We do not provide legal advice, immigration advice, visa advice, or professional travel risk advice.

Our service is limited to translation, form guidance, checking, and administrative assistance based on information provided by you and publicly available official requirements.

For legal, visa, immigration, or entry eligibility questions, you should contact the relevant government authority, embassy, consulate, airline, or qualified professional adviser.

5. Orders and Payment

Prices are displayed on the website in USD, unless stated otherwise.

Payment must be completed before we begin paid manual assistance or express service.

We may use third-party payment processors such as Stripe, PayPal, or other payment providers. We do not store your full card details on our servers.

After payment, you may receive a payment confirmation, receipt, or further instructions by email or through our website.

6. Service Delivery

Service delivery time depends on the service selected.

Typical delivery times may include:

• Standard service: within the timeframe shown on the website
• Express service: within the express timeframe shown on the website, subject to support hours and availability

Delivery times begin only after we receive all required information from you. If information is missing, unclear, incorrect, or late, delivery may be delayed.

8. Refusal or Cancellation of Service

• Third-party payment or technical failures

Our total liability for any claim related to a paid order shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that specific order.
